His professional experience in the public sector includes working in various federal executive departments, such as the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Office of the Undersecretary of Expenditure).

In the private sector, he has mainly worked as trial lawyer.

He has ample experience in litigation and civil, commercial, administrative-law, insolvency and Writ of Amparo related matters before various entities and authorities, as well as related to public tenders (acquisitions, leases, and public utilities and works, and services related thereto).
