Trade, specializing in Export Promotion Programs and Strategic Planning for Foreign Trade and Customs.

He has studied various courses and diploma courses in Tax Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law, Tax and Customs Reforms, as well as Legal Compliance and Risk Management.

He has more than 10 years of experience as consultant for companies in the Automotive, Textile, Food, Furniture, Electrical and Electronic Industries, among others.

He has been an Instructor in the Asociacion de Agentes Aduanales de Tijuana y Tecate, Asociacion de Agentes Aduanales del Bajio, Camara de Comercio de la Ciudad de Mexico, Camara de la Industria de la Transformación de Nuevo Leon, Secretariat of Economy Tlaxcala Delegation.

In the private sector, he has taught courses aligned with Export Promotion, Certified Trade Partner, Risk Management Programs and related to Tax and Customs Reforms.

He currently holds the position of Deputy Director of Consulting in Foreign Trade and Customs at Intrade Smart Law Firm.

Likewise, he is a consultant for the entrepreneurial sector, in matters regarding performance of their tax and customs obligations, obtention and management of Export Promotion Programs, registration in Company Certification Schemes, as well as foreign trade, inventory control management systems, credit and collateral accounts control systems, customs valuation, calculation of duties, and corporate control preventive audits.
